He is just tellin ya the payout of the tourney which usually has
300 people times 100 buy in = $30,000. 70% of 30000 is 21,000 which is what he won.

with 30% of the 297 player on Kansas for the top stop...I see 200 of them out before the start of the sweet 16!!!...never in all my years have I seen so many lower seed winning the higher seed!!
